IP Ports used by IDE for pulling updates (board manager /librarys)

My IDE 1.6.6 is installed on a Win7 system in our company network.

Pulling updates for the board manager is not possible at the moment.

Our IT board wants to know which are the used ports the IDE tries to connect to.

Can anybody help?
