IPCAM with arduino?

hi everyone, i've been working on this setup (diagram below) ,

when the magnetic contact connected into the ipcam's ALARM IN and GROUND is triggered,
the ipcam will trigger the siren . that is the normal and working setup .

but i want to use the arduino to work like magnetic contacts , i want to replace magnetic contacts with arduino for several integration reasons .

can you tell me how and where can i connect this ipcams ALARM IN and GND to the arduino ports? and how can i let the arduino send signals to the ipcam to trigger the siren ..

Simple way to do this is just use a relay module. Something like this no need then to worry about damaging arduino pins with wrong voltage/current.
