IR 4 port USB Switch

My problem is I have one external hdd that I want to share between an Xbox360, PS3, SmartTV, and Media Server PC. I have a Harmony One remote to control those devices I would like to use it additionally to control a 4 port USB switch. I found a project here: http://blog.meseta.co.uk/2011/09/ir-controlled-usb-switch.html that does just that. The only problem is that the vendor site seems to be broke when I try to order that dev board. I have an Arduino and would like to attempt the project with it if it's feasible and not to complicated. I imagine I'll use the same type of switch used in meseta's tutorial due to the switching technology looks easy enough to manipulate. My thoughts are I can use the Arduino to pull the relays hi and low the same. If anyone has any feedback or suggestions I would be very grateful I am very much a newb at all this.

Aw man, I'm bummed to hear that that dev board can't be ordered. I noticed that the USB switch they recommended can only be purchased in the UK. I have extremely limited hardware wiring experience, and even less software programming experience. I'll try and see what I can dig up tonight, but it might be like a blind man describing a sunset.
