How are you driving the relays on your PCB?
Can you post link to data/specs.
I cannot see any driver BJT/MOSFET.
Sorry we need a COMPLETE diagram, not two discontinued ones.
You have 14 relay outputs, how are you driving them.
What is the power supply?
