IR Code Compile Error

Hi,

I tried in hex as suggested, 0x_______

but get this error

ARC_Instructables:106: error: integer constant is too large for 'long' type
ARC_Instructables:119: error: integer constant is too large for 'long' type

I used the IRrecvDemo sketch from here:

It outputs this when I press of the remote key, in this case:

I'm thinking the #include <IRremote.h> & #include <IRremoteInt.h>

would see the 77E1D08B as a remote code but it's not.

How is the instructables code working then?
