Ok, i bought TSSP 4038 
This what i need now is to make sure i make proper calculations for transmitter which won't be based on arduino (it will be attiny 13a)
Ic = 0.1A
hfe = 200
Rc = 5 / 0.1 = 50
Ube = 0.7V
Ibmax = Ic / hfe = 0.1 / 200 = 0.0005uA
Rb = (Ub - Ube) / Ibmax = (5 - 0.7) / 0.0005 = 8600 Ohm = 8.6 kOhm
Rsync = Uin / 0.02 = 250 Ohm (so Rsync > 250Ohm)
