Hello, I wanted to control a IR reciever without a library. I looked at the IR library spescally the NEC protocol but could’t understand how it works. Could anyone explain me in basic language so I could write my own code. Thank you

If you want to write just another IRremote library, you should know how to do that. If you don't, use the library.
