IR sensor not working

Hi , i have a 4pin IR sensor which is not working. It's not detecting anything. It gives HIGH output all the time.

Also, i'm not sure about the pin structure. The pin mentioned on my sensor is opposite to the ones on the internet (Same model, same everything). Which should i believe?
(GND and EN are opposite)

Post a data sheet for the sensor. Post a schematic of how the sensor is wired to your Arduino. Post the code that you are using to test the sensor. Which Arduino are you using?
