Hey every one I'm New to the forum and have been playing with arduino for about two months now loads of fun, as some other people on the forums i'm working on a lil robot and had question about using infered emmiters and detectors,
I've tryed setting the detecters up like a push switch on a digital in, but i don't exactly get any results should i hook them into the analog in?

You need to wire your receiver like this:
