This is the circuit I used to connect the gate driver IC to mosfet. The signal from arduino is working properly but the HOUT and LOUT are not working. During testing when i connected the Vs pin from IC to the source of the high side mosfet in a single phase and provided 12 volt to gate driver and 24 volt to IRF3710 mosfet and their ground shorted together, 2 mosfets got heated up. Can someone help me solve this problem?
Im having the same problem with the same driver and mosfets. I looked up a lot of forums but i couldnt figure out what is the problem. I used the same schematic as yours with 10uF and 100pf capacitors @TomGeorge can you help us please
