Hi everybody,
until now I used the N-channel IRF3708 TTL-level MOSFET for switching DC voltages
This type is no longer manufactured. So I am looking for an alternative that would be ideally
threshold voltage: 2V
switching 20A at: 3.0V
Rds_On = 0,05 Ohm or even lower
These are ideal values. Deviations up to
threshold-voltages 2.8V
switching 5A at: 3.2V
Rds_On = 0,2 Ohm
would be acceptable.
Most important the MOS-FET shall be fully conductant at 3.0V
