Hi! I'm using the Arduino Nano 33 Ble to control a 12v solenoid, I already tried IRF649n but it didn't activate the gate.
My circuit is connected to the VIN, I have a protection diode.
The Arduino Nano works perfect but now I need the Nano 33 ble because of Bluetooth and accelerometer. I need help controlling the solenoid.
The IRF640N is not a logic level mosfet.
It performs poorly with a 5volt-logic MCU and might not work at all with a 3.3volt-logic MCU.
Logic level mosfets sometimes have an "L" in their model number.
