Ah hah! The LEDunino has an MCP2515 CAN controller, which makes it considerably more useful to you than a standard Arduino (which does not have any CAN controller.)
I'm not sure of the current status of LEDuino; there are no longer any listed on eBay, and the seller's store does not seem to exist...
