I am not sure what is going on, but I've been writing emails to at_heart@arduino.cc and bizdev@arduino.cc , and nobody answer the emails.
I am trying to introduce an arduino compatible product to the market and I didn't even had simple "hey I got your email, we will let you know"... or (something).
If someone from Arduino reads this message, please ... heads up! .
