Is Genuino Micro already enough for remote control by Android phone?

Hi everyone. I'm a newbie to Arduino and I'm puzzled about choosing the right board for my project.
I want to control the arduino board from my Android phone through bluetooth.
Can I use a Genuino Micro + HC-06 to do so? What's the shortcoming of using Genuino Micro over Genuino Uno?

It can be done. Whether you can do it, or not, remains to be seen.

Have you looked at the two boards? How would you connect an Ethernet shield to a Micro?
