Is ICMP echo response enabled by default?

i followed the setup instructions for the arduino yun (configuring it for the wireless router). afterward, i did a ping sweep over my network; no echo responses. If ICMP echo is disabled by default, it doesn't really tell me much but if ICMP is enabled by default, it'll tell me that the arduino actually isn't connecting to my router. i got bonjour and still nothing worked; Id really appreciate some help.

Can you reach the Yun's Webpanel? Try to go at arduino.local with your browser. Change arduino with the name of your board,
