Is it better to use charging usb cable to connect Android Tablet to Arduino?

Hello, I have both UNO R3 and Mega 2560 R3. I want to use my Samsung Galaxy Note 12.2 Android tablet rather than my heavy laptop to program the Arduino. I read that I need a MicroB male to A female cable. In some stores, they sell MicroB male to A female with a sign "for charging" or "for charging and data transfer". Most of these offer 2A. Is it a good idea to use these cable? Since my tablet has a USB 3 connection, if I can find a USB3 rather than USB2 cable, shall I use something like Micro B USB 3 male to A female cable? Thanks.
