hi,
tried with win10 on same pc and on the notebook
there is no reaction by plugging no tone or
starting with plugged usb-cable
seems arduino is really damaged 
have ordered some by 'azDelivery'
they wrote would have more than 10 ready soldered
boards instock
so i hope comes within a week
then i'll check what is going on with usb-ports
