I recently came back from a trip during which I had my arduino 2009 in a box w/ some bubble wrap. I just plugged in the thing into my computer and it only blinks rx/tx a few times, then the power light stays on, but when i upload basic things like blink led, it does nothing, not even an rx/tx flicke…

Is it fried?

oh and does this mean i should get a new board altogether or just swap out the atmega chip?
