Is it possible to burn arduino zero bootloader on SAMD21 chips using J-Link mini

Hello i am planning on making my own custom PCB of a SAMD21 board. I would like to ask if anyone has experience uploading arduino bootloader on a J-link Mini although adafruit has a guide on this device, its not uploading a arduino bootloader.

On that note which pins should i connect it to my SAMD21 chip ? so i can trace the necessary headers.

I haven't used the J-Link Mini, but I have had success doing this with the J-Link clones they sell on eBay using Adafruit's Adalink script:

If the clone worked, I'm sure that authentic J-Link will work fine.

Connect the SWD pins and power the chip.

Thank you sir, but on the guide on the github i do not see the part where i put on the arduino bootloader

You specify the path to the bootloader file to the script using the --program-hex option:
