Before anything else;
What is your PV array, how many panels, what are their specs?
What is your battery bank, how many batteries, what are thier specs?
I've seen it is best to charge the batteries in parallel and to power the devices in series since I need the combined voltage to run the boards.
Where did you see this?
If you have enough PV to get your max battery bank charging voltage, this parallel/series business is not necessary.
