Hello everyone,i want to build this project but i don't know if it's possible to do , i want to build a speaker,microphone and a button and when the user press the button i get a notification on my phone and i can talk to him using my phone over the internet, is it possible to do ?
Definitely possible but (for me and you as noobs) very difficult - lots of code required for cross communication between devices and protocols I assume and perhaps Skype would be easier 
I would start with far more basic projects and build up.

Then it wouldn't be an Arduino project and you would not be in the right place.
Yes, the Raspberry Pi Zero would be a fine platform for audio communication.
It's not clear if you want the communications to be over Internet (Ethernet or WiFi) or through the cellular network (a phone call).
Skype and WhatsApp calls work over the mobile network, using a regular data connection.
Indeed it's a huge project due to the audio part (and that not the least due to all the patent issues related to the codecs), and for that reason not an Arduino project either.
