Sometimes my lm35-sensor gives low temperatures when receiving data with Arduino. When I use multimeter to measure voltage from sensor, it seems to be stable. Maybe my multimeter is not fast enough to see those drops, so is it possible to use logic analyzer to measure this voltage?
Is it possible to measure voltage with logic analyzer?
NO.
How is the LM35 wired?
Is the ground wire common with another component?
If it is yes you must put a ground wire only for the LM35. It is likely that the current flowing in the other component causes a variable voltage drop which is added to the output voltage of the LM35.
Generally the two items you mention cannot do what you want but "dsview" seemingly has an "oscilloscope mode".
Depending on how good that is you may be able to see the rise and fall of the lm35 signals as you read them with such as an Arduino and be able to spot any errant behaviour.
