Is it possible to re-program the Arduino Yun remotely?

That is, I would like to make the Arduino Yun memory (both sides Linux and Arduino) to be burn/written remotely over the Internet (not over the LAN).

Is it possible in some way?

that is only a matter of opening the correct firewall in the correct way.
This is however specific to your setup so you'd better be talking with your provider than to the arduino forum.

In a server-client model network, is there a way to make the Arduino Yun (as the client) to require (to the server) the firmware data to be updated?

Note: By acting as client then the firewall setup is not more needed, right?
