I am developing a project for that i am using web server and to make web pages responsive i plan to use bootstrap 3.3.5 is it possible to use bootstrap on Ethernet shield web server? if can how?

If can't is there any other ways to make webpages responsive?

The attached index.html file includes a minified version of the Skeleton lightweight responsive framework: http://getskeleton.com/.

The Skeleton CSS is embedded in the HTML file, which is less than 10KB in size, so it may work for you.
