Is it possible to use esp01S with batteries

Hello!
I was wondering if it was possible to power an esp01s with batteries without any regulator? I just finished my project and I was powering the esp with a 3.3V input from an arduino Uno but I now want to power it with a more reliable power supply to let it alone where I want to use it.

I was thinking about rechargeable batteries but they are labeled as 1.2V with means that with 3 of these batteries I would be between 4.2V and 3V, is it OK for the esp01s?

I know the espo01S should be powered with 3.3V but maybe there's a margin where it's safe to use it even if I am not powering it with 3.3V?

If it's not possible don't hesitate to give me solutions I could use to have a constant 3.3V output from batteries giving 4.2V when they are charged and 3V when they need to be recharged.

Thank you for your help!

Connect the batteries to a boost/buck converter to get your 3v3.

Open a doc sheet and see what are the min max voltages

Thank you for your help! I just bought a pack of 5!
To be honest I think it would have been complicated to find because even with the name I had difficulties to find them on internet! :')

I'm really happy to see a product that useful and cheap!

I searched for this but found nothing in the datasheet, that's why I came here to ask for help... But tbh I should have said that I searched for it before, that explains your cold response

Operating Voltage 3.0V ~ 3.6V

Thank you! I took the wrong datasheet because the one I found just showed 3.3v without any min / max value.
How do you know to look for ESP8266EX instead of ESP01s? By looking with ESP01s I had this one:

It has cpu and flash memory, so you look for data sheets on components. Flash memory has even wider range –Full voltage range: 2.7~3.6V

Okay that's smart! I'm beginning, so I'm learning this sort of tricks to determine the operating voltage!
Thank you!
