Hey guys so i wanna see if i can make it so a small light will turn on every 15 days and either be turned off after 24 hours or with a switch and on the same arduino control a small fishtank airpump so it turns on for 15 min every 40 min.
I wanted to know if an arduino can do this and if it can which one should i buy. I need it to be the least expensive possible.

Arduino Uno + RTC module. Ebay is a good place to check for low prices.
