i want power eps8266 nodemcu board with this module ( in below ) is this really safe for powering board? cause i've seen many boards damaged from power like this stuff i wanted to know is it ok or is there any solution ?

What is the output voltage of that module? Can you technical data for the module (data sheet)?

Is there a schematic diagram? That is more or less universal language.
If it has a voltage regulator then go ahead, however, it appears Mickey Mouse designed it.
