Is my new arduino Rp2040 Connect broken?

Hello everyone!
I'm newbe on arduino world.
I'm trying to do a project for a button matrix that i had made by myself.
I read a topic with exactly the same project and the same problem.

How can i find a solution?
Someone could help me to find out the way to make a new class like the guy on this topic?
