Is the braccio arm open hardware?

Hi, I have a braccio arm and I am loving it so far.

I was wondering about the license of the mechanical designs of the arm. I saw that the power board is published and open (CC-by-sa) but are the CAD designs available as well? Can we promote it as an example of an open hardware project or is only the electronics OSH?
