Is the Trinket Mini (And its Digispark clone) enough to power this project?

Is the Trinket Mini (and its Digispark Chinese Clone) enough to power 2 neopixel rings and an on/off switch? I'd like to make neopixel goggles with an on/off switch instead of having to plug in the battery every time I want to turn them on!

Sure, why not? Just put a switch on one of the wires going to the battery.
