I am looking for a hardware circuit that can debounce push buttons.
I heard there are some nand gate/flip-flop ICs or non inverting buffers(?) for that
Can I just plug in a designated IC for that?
I have too many buttons to control - 15-25 or more

Have a look at LogiSwitch. LogiSwitch makes debouncer ICs and Bounce-Free switches.
