Is there a simulation for Arduino where I can do all the trials?

I wonder if there is a simulation to get all the work you can suggest to work with Arduino, to use its features, to connect it to the ESP in the simplest way?
Proteus has Arduino but when I search for esp I run it. Can I do everything with Tinkercad? If I can try and succeed in his mind, I want to buy a real Arduino for him.
