I need a rotary encoder that just increase or decrease the value that is shown, no more.
The rotary encoders will be used to store XY coordinate value for a long time which means months. For example,they can store five airports value with approach and takeoff value, 2 airports waypoint values between one route, or high-precision waypoints SID or STAR value. They are not used as long flight waypoints. That is the main panel do the job instead GO-KR panel.
