Is this digipot have voltage limit?

Hi.

I'm looking over a datasheet od a max digipot:MAX5422

I need an SPI digital pot on SPI that can drive 12Vdc from digital pot. All those I seen are limited 0 to VCC. But that one I don't see any limit from datasheet... can I do it ?

the doc states

ABSOLUTE MAXIMUM RATINGS
VDD to GND ...........................................................-0.3V to +6.0V
All Other Pins to GND.................................-0.3V to (VDD + 0.3V)
