II have some buz 72a fets, would they be concidered logic level?

No.
Gate threshold voltage is between 2V and 4V, so if you are unlucky and get one with a 4V threshold voltage it will hardly be on at 5V.
Hi, @m3vuv
The Vgs is the threshold voltage that the gate just starts to turn on the MOSFET, to get full turn on the voltage would have to be higher.
I agree with @PerryBebbington you could be lucky.
Make a test circuit and try the ability of 5V gate to give you a decently low ON resistance.
Tom..
No is a good answer but depending on your application these could still be used. For example, if the voltage you are switching is say 12 volts then you can use an opto-coupler (or other level shifting circuit) to drive the mosfet gate at the correct voltage, even from a 3.3v MCU. As always, this depends on the exact application to ensure you do not exceed the parameters specified in the data sheet.
