Someone know where I can find or how I can make an ISA or PCI connector, a blank prototype card or a ISA connector to be plugged on a breadboard.

I came across these folks on ebay when I was looking for stripboard. I can't tell you yet whether their quality is good, but they look promising enough that I'm about to order from them. Their prices on ISA and PCI boards are a lot lower than what you usually pay for full-sized protoboards.

it's not impossible to make you own ISA adapter, i made one to plug in a 3com ethernet NIC it worked well
