ISCP Parralel Alternative for Ethernet Shield?

Hi,

I need to connect the ethernet shield to a mega, but will use a mount that doesn't connect the ISCP pins.

Can I use jump wires to, instead, use pins 50, 51, 52, 53 to connect the ISCP on the ethernet board to the mega?
