Issue to connect WisGate Edge Pro to TTN

Hi,

I want to connect an Arduino gateway (WisGate Edge Pro) to The Things Network (TTN). I have an antenna connected to LoRa1 port of the gateway. I followed the steps below to connect the gateway to TTN:

  1. Power up the gateway

    • Connect POE ports of the gateway and its adaptor
    • Connect the adaptor's power cord to a power outlet
    • Connect my laptop to the gateway's WiFi AP Mode on my laptop to connect to its Wi-Fi®
      Access Point (dashboard IP: 192.168.230.1)

  2. Follow the link below to register the gateway to TTN (US915 frequency)

After doing the steps above, the LoRa1 light on the gateway did not turn on. Also, my TTN account shows the gateway is disconnected. How can I solve this issue?
