Issue when working with RYL998 Lora from Reyax and Arduino PRO MINI

Hi ,
I purchased 2 Arduino PRO mini (3V3) so I can use them with RYL998 LORA from Reyax as those lora modules have 3V logic.

To prove the LORA work I wanted to do , lets call it, remote blink sketch. Where first Arduino PRO mini sends through LORA "H" and L" characters in the 1s intervals and the second arduino pick it up via second LORA and controls LED .
So the setup worked but only every now and then.

So I tried something different. I left receiver as is and for transmitter connected second LORA to PC via UART and was able to send manually H and L. An I was able to prove that it sometimes takes more then 5 commands to send H before I can turn the led on on the receiver side and same then with sending L to turn the led off. So The connection must be ok as it would not work at all otherwise. The code is also OK.

I replaced Arduino Pro Mini with Arduino Nano as on the receiver side there is not risk that 5v will destroy the lora as it is lora communication with Arduino not otherway around. Obviously if I was to use arduino Nano for the transmitter I would use a voltage divider to regulate voltage goting to RX of the LORA to 3v. But just using Nano for the receiver I was able to use LORA connected to PC and from serial monitor send H and L to the receiver and this time I have 100% success ratio.

I am trying to understand what is the issue. Is Arduino PRO mini struggling to drive LORA module and this is why it works only everynow and then.

Post the code, using code tags, links to the parts, and a wiring diagram (hand drawn, not Fritzing).
