Issue with Arduino/ESP32

Hi,

I upload my code and the console says

"A fatal error occurred: Failed to connect to ESP32: No serial data received.
For troubleshooting steps visit: Troubleshooting - ESP32 - — esptool.py latest documentation
Failed uploading: uploading error: exit status 2"

I'm developing at work, I thought it was because of the firewall, I disabled it and it still doesn't work

I am using the boot buttom Installing ESP32 in Arduino IDE (Windows, Mac OS X, Linux) | Random Nerd Tutorials

What code are you trying to upload to the board? The board is plugged into your computer and you have selected the correct Comm port from the menu?
