Hi,
Have you tried a lower frequency signal to get your basic code worked out, and then slowly increasing the frequency, debugging each time the code falls over.
It sounds like hitting the controller with 125kHz and trying to analyse it, considering the code processing times may be the wrong approach.
What do you aim to eventually accomplish, what is the final application?
