Issues with programming uno

Using Arduino IDE 1.x

I'm getting the following error while trying to program an UNO. I am using windows 10 64-bit.

Using Port : usb
Using Programmer : stk500v2
avrdude: usbdev_open(): did not find any USB device "usb" (0x03eb:0x2104)

avrdude done. Thank you.

An error occurred while uploading the sketch

I believe that the bootloader might have been corrupted. Will try to reload bootloader
