I have an ad blogger running in this Firefox bowser. It blocks one cookie note on this site. When that is blocked, I cannot log in. I had to stop the blocker to login.

I use FF with NoScript, uBlock & Privacy Badger and if you setup NoScript properly for this site you can login without having to turn anything off.
I'm using adblock-plus and noscript in Firefox and I have no issues logging in.
So which ad blogger (?) are you using.
Simply BLOCK "ads.supplyframe.com"
That is the only thing I have "blocked"
Anything else at the moment should be allowed but if I ever find other things be assured I will let people know in this section.

google.com might not be needed
Google is just there for those who use google credentials.
You are correct that not everyone needs that.
