Iteaduino: Using servo breakout pins and a shield at the same time

Unfortunately, the shield covers all those convenient breakout pins, and the servo's connector is too tall to fit under the shield.

Is there a way around this? Something like spacer contacts for the shield to raise it a bit?

Thanks!

Buy female headers with long pins, cut them to length, and then place them between the Iteaduino and the shield. That would act as a spacer as you describe.

Whoops my URL above is a two-row header instead of a single-row.

I see that Itead sells headers specifically for your problem. Same thing but the proper size.

Ok, thanks! I've actually found the same kit at a retailer that's not abroad.
