Joystick range issue new potmeter

I am working on a rc controller with joysticks, but the joystick i use has the issue as displayed in the picture.

On the potmeters of the joysticks is "b103 267" written. What does this code mean? On aliexpress I find many different opportunity's in joysticks with different colors, so which one do I have to choose?

GREEN - NOT a usable output (no change in output from when it left the BLUE range)
BLUE - usable output, "left" will give you "0" value, "right" will give you "1024" output.
