I want to design the PCB for my robot please suggest me about the PCB design and how can i design it .
Look at some YouTube videos on PCBs.
Many free pcb layout tools -- but you gotta use THEM to fab the cards.
You need to first decide what the robot is going to do. Then you need to know what hardware is needed. You need to know the mechanical and electrical power required. Then you need to put a block diagram together and then pick your processor. While doing all of this you need to learn a schematic capture program that will work from your schematic through a set of Gerber files that the PCB will be made from. I use KiCad but there are many others available. At this point you need to finalize your schematic and do a design review. Build a prototype and test it. When finished generate the Gerber files and send to the board house. There are a lot more smaller steps in between but you will figure them out as you go. This is assuming you have an understanding of the parts you will be using.
