1-my problem is how can make the arduino tacke picture !!!!
2-what is the type of camera would we use it ?
3-can i use the pc camera to get pic and saved it into arduino sd card ?
4-finaly how can send the saved data from sd card to laptop using for example "antenna apc 220+bluetooth " ?

i dont want to use the arducam

First, you get a camera. Then, you connect it correctly. Then, you issue the right commands.
2-what is the type of camera would we use it ?
A Nikon D3X with AF-S lens.
3-can i use the pc camera to get pic and saved it into arduino sd card ?
If you are going to take a picture with the PC, what do you need the Arduino for?

Why? If you want to use the PC camera to take a picture, just store it on the PC.
