JPG image causes "security squawk"

Wanted to post a megabyte+ .jpg image that I Gimped down to 51 kB but got some kind of security squawk, had to post as 650 kB .png. I remember a previous post about this but can't find it now.

There is nothing in the forum software that outputs "squawk".

Without reasonable details there is no way you can be helped or the software can be changed to help others.

Works for me using...

• Internet Explorer 11
• Firefox 54.0
• Global Moderator account
• New zero post account

Try the JPG I used in post #2.

Well, I was hoping for a tip from a user who has seen this before (there HAS been, but I can't remember how far back), instead of "It works for me, it SHOULD work for you", guess I'll start back searching.

Well, I was hoping you would actually read my post and try my suggestion so your potentially corrupt JPG could be eliminated / included as the problem. I guess neither of us are going to get what we want.

Good luck. I will spend be spending my time elsewhere.

I would be proud and happy to include / post it if you can tell me how, that was the object of my OP.

Thanks for your consideration and dedication to your work.

Test.

Image upload of Gimp JPEGs - General Discussion - Arduino Forum

There are only four posts on that thread. Hardly a burden to read them. Certainly not a burden to scan them. If you had you would not only know the solution but also know why the forum software did the right thing refusing to let you upload the image.
