No, a reversal of live and nutral does not, and should not, affect a product with the CE marks in the E.U. That is because it is part to the safety standard.

I said reversal of NEUTRAL and GROUND - i never said anything about LIVE.
Of course swapping live and neutral does nothing, but neutral and ground could do some serious damage in some cases!
